Job Summary:
The Librarian plans, organizes, directs and controls the operations of the Seminary Library.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Takes charge of the library facilities,
activities, and personnel.
2. Establishes clearly defined library policies, rules, and procedures
and recommends measures for effective operations and control of the library.
3. Prepares the annual budget of the library and submits them to the Procurator
for inclusion to the annual overall budget of the seminary.
4. Administers the collection of print and multi-media resources of the
library and allocates the annual budget according to a system of priority needs.
5. Contacts possible donors for the library and for a future library fund.
6. Serves as liaison between the Seminary and the libraries of other institutions or library foundations.
7. Designs programs to promote and publicize the Seminary library, its resources and services
8. Renders regular report to the Academic Dean on the state and performance of the library and other related matters
as needed
9. Prepares the annual inventory of the library materials and submits them
to the Academic Dean.
10. Recommends new books, magazines which can be helpful references in the various subject areas.
11. Performs other functions that may be assigned or delegated by the Academic Dean.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Records cash receipts to the cash receipts journal and posts monthly totals to
the general ledger;
2. Records cash disbursements to the cash disbursements journal and posts monthly totals
to the general ledger;
3. Draws the monthly trial balance;
4. Prepares the monthly cash flow statement; and
5. Reconciles cash book and bank balances by preparing the bank reconciliation statement

Job Summary:
The Seminary Accountant
supervises the Cashier and the Bookkeeper. He/She determines the correctness
of the financial reports and supporting documents.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Checks entries
made in the cash receipts journal, cash disbursements journal and general
ledger;
2. Checks posting to the subsidiary ledgers, i.e., students
accounts, money held in trust, cash advances and loans; time deposits;
3. Verifies propriety of disbursements by checking validity
of supporting documents
4. Prepares the
annual summary of income and expenses;
5. Recommends
policies in accounting matters to the Procurator; and
6. Reviews and updates accounting systems and procedures.

The Seminary Registrar plans, organizes, coordinates,
directs, and controls activities involving student registration, transfer, and graduation.
He/She takes charge of the maintenance and safekeeping of academic records, reports and documents of the Seminary.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Supervises the registration of students
in collaboration with the Academic Dean.
2. Takes up with the Office
of the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) the recommendations of the Academic Dean
on students’ overload, transfer of students, correction and inclusion of grades in official reports and other related
matters
3. Prepares, in consultation
with the Academic Dean, the records of candidates for graduation and submits the same to CHED
4. Maintains permanent records
of courses and curriculum.
5. Maintains a register of qualified graduates and degrees and diplomas/certificates conferred.
6. Prepares, maintains, and
updates the permanent records of students and issues certifications, diplomas, transcript of Records, transfer credentials
and other related records upon request
7. Receives and records all students’ grades and issues
grade reports
upon request
8. Assists the Procurator in providing information for determining
the financial obligations of students and in collecting their old accounts
9. Renders regular report to the Academic Dean on the state
of the office and other related matters as needed.
10. Prepares clearance for students and faculty at the end
of the semester.
11. Performs other academic functions that may be assigned
or delegated by the Academic Dean.
12. Assists the Academic Dean in preparing academic loads and class schedules.

Job Summary:
The Cashier takes charge of the issuance of official
receipts for all cash collections of the Seminary, prepares cash vouchers and supporting documents for all disbursement, and
maintains the subsidiary ledgers of students, faculty and staff.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Issues official receipts for all cash collections
specifying therein the source of the collection;
2. Deposits intact all cash
collections to the depository bank daily;
3. Prepares the check/cash vouchers and supporting documents
thereto before disbursements are made;
4. Prepares the daily collection reports;
5. Prepares the monthly remittance of the SSS Premiums and
loans, Pag-ibig Premiums and loans and contributions to the PhilHealth;
6. Updates the subsidiary ledgers of the students, faculty
and staff (loans and cash advances);
7. Prepares the students’ statement of accounts when
the need arises;
8. Files and keeps secure important financial documents.

Job Summary:
The Class Advisers are the class companions in
the intra-curricular activities such as class presentations and cultural shows, Christmas party, and others. They also give
advise to the class or individual seminarian when necessary in academic and behavioral aspects.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Plan with the respective advisory class for the
incoming activities
2. Present the
plan to the Faculty/Staff during the faculty/staff meeting
3. Support and
guide the respective advisory class from the period of preparation to the time of presentation or actual performance of the
planned activity in terms of the 3T/s: Time, Talents and Treasures.
4. Consult the Academic Dean about the plan of the class, and
some problems regarding academics and behaviors of seminarians in their respective advisory class.
5. Coordinate with the teachers in terms of academic and behavioral
evaluation of students.
